Are your laser engraved products mass produced by a big factory somewhere?

No, all of our laser engraved products are done in house by the Veteran owned and operated business Old Gunz Hobbies.
Will I receive a proof before my item is made?

We don't automatically send proofs. However, there are times when we may reach out to you with questions about your order and may send you a proof. In these cases, if we don't hear back from you within 48 hours, we will make your item(s) using our best judgement based upon the information you provided at time of purchase.
What if there is a problem with my order?

Due to the nature of the item(s), personalized/engraved items cannot be refunded/returned/exchanged. Please check your personalization/color/design choice to make sure it is correct before submitting your order. In the rare event there is a problem with the manufacturing, or we've made a mistake in the personalization of your item, we'll replace it at no cost to you.
